Maya Abdominal Therapy (in-person only)

A gentle, non-invasive abdominal and pelvic technique focused on improving circulation, supporting digestion, relieving tension, and increasing connection to the core and pelvis.

Yoni Steaming (in-person only)

A guided herbal steam experience offered as a ritual self-care practice. Sessions focus on relaxation, grounding, and intentional connection to the menstrual or postpartum cycle. This is not a medical treatment.
